Anaerobic Digestion Systems for Manure & Co-Products

Nijhuis Water Technology has a specialized division, Thecogas Biogas, who supplies manure & co digestion systems, where under anaerobic circumstances agriculture wastes are transferred into biogas, heat, energy and fertilizer. The feed into the process could consist of:

Manure of animals
Agriculture & Food factory wastes
Co Substrates, like maize, corn, grass and sugar beets

Depending on the raw materials Nijhuis Water Technology will select the optimal system.This system can include the following steps: raw material preparation, balancing, mixing, digestion, biogas conditioning, biogas usage and digested solids processing and digestate treatment.
