Dickow NHL Hot Water Circulation Pump
DICKOW® hot water circulation pump, type NHL has been developed for medium and large size heating plants, for heating calendars, presses, large buildings and similar applications which require temperatures > 140 ºC (284 ºF). These pumps are designed to handle hot water and grant high availability and reliability in operation, for pressures up to 45 bar @ 238 ºC (464 ºF), maximum capacity is approximately 900 m³/h (3960 GPM) and differential head approximately 150 mLC (492 ft).
Dickow NCL Pumps
Adapted from the characteristic diagram sizes and the requirements of the operator, the Dickow NCL Pump is graded so that the best possible efficiency is achieved. This pump is a single-stage, single-flow volute casing pump in process design, with an axial suction port and a centred, vertically upwardly pointing discharge port. The axial thrust compensation takes place through relief bores, wear rings are standard on the intake and delivery side. The bearing of the pump shaft takes place in a cylindrical roller bearing and a pair of angular contact ball bearings or bilateral deep groove ball bearings.
